Always-Sought Late Qing Pattern Dollar
(t) CHINA. Silver Dollar Pattern, CD (1907). Tientsin Mint. PCGS Genuine--Cleaned, Unc Details Gold Shield.
L&M-20; K-212; WS-0025; Wenchao-89 (rarity two stars). Regardless of the cleaning to its surfaces, this piece stands as an incredibly sought after RARITY, as it presents a rather splendid design emanating from the late Qing Dynasty. While remaining mostly blast white, the characters side has started to develop an appealing peripheral tone comprised mostly of burnt sienna. The interlocking wave pattern as a border allows it to be extremely distinctive within the dragon series of the late empire.
Estimate: $ 45000.00 - 50000.00
