MEXICO. 8 Reales, 1856-Ca RG (5/4). Chihuahua Mint. NGC MS-63+.

KM-377.2; DP-Ca27. The finest graded at NGC. A lustrous coin with prooflike fields in the protected areas, the result of extensive die polishing. Several die cracks along with a bold die clash on the eagle side. Our first offering of this date since November 2010 (Ponterio sale 155, lot 6207). All known examples have the 5/4 overdate, the result of an obverse hub recycled from the 1840's.

NGC 評鑑中最高分。類精製底版，光澤充沛，因模具抛光所致。鷹面有強烈衝模痕跡，附近有幾條模具開裂痕。自 2010年 11 月拍賣 (Ponterio 拍賣 155，編號 6207) 後，首次上拍此日期。所有已知同款幣的日期均顯示 5/4。因正面循環再用了 1840 年代的轂。
