Fr-17a; KM-143a. Struck in commemoration of the 25th National Day anniversary. Modern minting perfection with exceptionally smooth frost atop the designs and faultless reflectivity in the fields. While the mintage of this issue appears unknown in numismatic circles, it was obviously extremely small, as only two examples have been certified by PCGS and NGC combined, with the sole NGC-graded example being the only example to appear in archived auction results.
