Frederick J. Schupp (1851-1893) was a Marshall, MO mechanic/machinist and inventor. In 1891 he was either employed by Stilwell & Bierce Mfg. Co. or was an agent thereof, working on a flour mill located in Dayton, OH. In 1893 he was awarded patents for a bolting chest and two bolting reels, according to the annual report of the Commissioner of patents. Over the years he was awarded a total of six patents. He died at an early age in 1893.
