Rare Bagley & Sons Silver Ingot

Undated Bagley & Sons Golden, Colorado Running Lode Silver Ingot. No. 25. 6.22 Ounces.

73 mm x 24.5 mm x 12 mm, approximate dimensions (for one, this piece is thicker at right than at left). Unmarked as to fineness. The front marked BAGLEY & SONS / GOLDEN COL. / NO. 25 6.22 OZ., top face marked RUNNING LODE, all other faces blank. A crude piece with numerous casting imperfections, especially on the top face and back, yet pleasingly original with handsome pewter-gray patina throughout. Rare.
