Liberty Head Eagle
1850 Liberty Head Eagle. Large Date. AU-58 (NGC).
Vivid medium gold surfaces with ample semi-reflectivity remaining in the fields. Although the Large Date is the more common variant of the 1850 eagle, Mint State survivors are rare, confirming the significance of this attractive Choice AU example for collectors of Liberty Head gold coinage.
