Liberty Head Eagle
1848 Liberty Head Eagle. AU-58 (NGC).
This attractive piece is warmly toned in honey-olive and deep orange-gold. Much of the satin to softly frosted finish remains, and the design elements show plenty of sharp to full striking detail. A near-Mint survivor from one of the most underrated decades in the challenging Liberty Head eagle series.
