1849 Liberty Head Half Eagle. Hole in Earlobe. AU-53 (PCGS).
Plenty of luster remains on both sides of this boldly struck, honey-olive and rose-gold example. An interesting variety with a prominent hole (as made) punched into Liberty's earlobe.
