Morgan Silver Dollar
1881 Morgan Silver Dollar. MS-66+ (PCGS). CAC.
This vividly toned beauty is ringed in peripheral halos of iridescent cobalt blue, the balance of the surfaces are drenched in equally attractive reddish-apricot. Lovely mint frost is readily evident throughout, and both sides offer uniformly sharp striking detail. The circulation strike 1881 may not be rare in terms of total number of Mint State coins extant, but it is very scarce to rare in grades when found in MS-66+ or finer. With the amazing eye appeal that it possesses, this premium quality Gem is sure to sell for a strong premium.
