1853-O Liberty Seated Half Dollar. Arrows and Rays. WB-21. Rarity-3. Unc Details--Improperly Cleaned (NGC).
The only mintmarked issue in the brief Arrows and Rays Liberty Seated half dollar design type, the 1853-O is much scarcer than its Philadelphia Mint counterpart in high grades, and enjoys strong collector demand at all levels of Mint State preservation.
