Capped Bust Half Dollar
1832 Capped Bust Half Dollar. O-121. Rarity-3. Small Letters. MS-62 (PCGS). CAC.
A lustrous, deeply toned Mint State half dollar with underlying luster and rich olive and sandy-gray toning overall. A slightly scarcer, yet still eminently collectible variety of the 1832-dated Capped Bust issue. The upper flag of the digit 1 in the date is repunched, and a diagonal defect pierces gules 5 and 6 in the shield.
