1824 Capped Bust Half Dollar. O-115. Rarity-2. MS-63 (PCGS).

A remarkably attractive example with rich, original rose and golden-gray patina with gleaming, full mint luster. Well struck with nicely preserved surfaces. A faint horizontal mark below Liberty's ear, and a small dark-brown spot behind the eagle's neck, are the only minor surface flaws that are apparent to the unaided eye. Quite pleasing at the Choice level.
