FRANCE. Ecu, 1725-A. Paris Mint. Louis XV. PCGS MS-63 Gold Shield.
Dav-1329; KM-472.1; Gad-320. Variety with dot (2nd semester). Tied with just two others for the finest in the PCGS census, this choice crown is largely untoned, featuring steely gray brilliance and a solid strike. Some slight haymarking and a few adjustment marks are noted, but are entirely consistent with the type and do not distract.
