AUSTRIA. Charity Lottery for Military Orphans Silver Medal, 1898. PCGS SPECIMEN-64 Gold Shield.
Hauser-962. By Batek & Zimbler. Organized by the Agricultural Knowledge Dissemination Club to establish an orphanage for military orphans. Obverse: Conjoined draped military busts left of a young and old Franz Joseph; Reverse: Farm implements and caduceus below radiant star; all within wreath. Extremely lustrous and attractive, with a golden-amber tone as one approaches the peripheries.
