FRANCE. Mouton d'Or, ND (ca. 1355). Jean II le Bon (the Good). NGC AU Details--Cleaned.

Fr-280; Dup-291; Ciani-354. Weight: 4.60 gms. An ever-popular hammered type featuring the Agnus Dei (Lamb of God), this example does exhibit some light cleaning, but nevertheless retains a great deal of brilliance and displays little in the way of actual handling or circulation.
