46 mm (medal only). Reverse inscribed to the recipient ALBERT GREEN / APR. 28TH / 1876. Suspended from original silk ribbon with simple pin at top for suspension. On the ribbon is ST. JOHN'S / COMMANDERY / NO. 4.K.T. / JUNE 15, [cross] 1869, / PHILADELPHIA. The ribbon is complete with only light soiling and no significant signs of handling.
