35 mm, excluding loop. 13.3 grams. Obv: View of the Statue of Liberty, inscription NATIONALER SCHUETZEN BUND VON AMERIKA around. Rev: Ornate monogram, possibly N M S or N M L within a laurel wreath. Choice semi-reflective golden surfaces with test marks on both sides. The Nationaler Schuetzen Bund von Amerika was formed in 1895 to unite the popular shooting clubs for marksmen of German ancestry under one overriding organization. The group disbanded less than 20 years later because of problems resulting from World War One.
