Tied for second finest certified bewteen NGC and PCGS with one other example only surpassed by a single representative on the NGC population (MS 65), a total of just five pieces have been certified in "MS" by either major grading serive. A VERY RARE date in this state of preservation. A boldly struck survivor with smooth satiny surfaces that display light attractive tone complementing the frosty devices. A tough coin to obtain in uncirculated condition sure to see spirited bidding from the advanced collector.
