Obverse: Peace, holding banner, flying right over veduta of Dresden; Reverse: Victory flying right above battlefield, crowning standard with laurel wreath. A charming example despite some cleaning marks and a a few subtle bruises at the edges. The Peace of Dresden was signed by the Habsburgs, the Kingdom of Prussia, and the Electorate of Saxony, and concluded the Second Silesian War--itself part of the wider War of Austrian Succession.
