PERSIA. Alexandrine Empire. Time of Stamenes to Seleukos as Satraps of Babylon. AR Stater, Babylon Mint, ca. 328/3-311 B.C. NGC F.
Obverse: Baal seated left on throne, holding scepter propped on knee; Reverse: Lion advancing left; uncertain control above. Quite rough, but still discernable as this enigmatic Persian issue.
