Highest denomination of series. Red-brown type with "Crescent Moon-Star" in watermark and the text "Karachi" in Urdu overprint at bottom on face. PMG comments "Staple Holes at Issue, Minor Foreign Substance." Large size, difficult in any higher grade. Quite appealing in this collectible condition.
