Fr. 246. 1891 $2 Silver Certificate. PMG Fine 12.
An early $2 Silver Certificate design, and found in a Fine grade. Blue serial numbers remain dark and appealing. The central vignette is of William Windom, who served two non-consecutive terms as Secretary of the Treasury from March to November 1881, and from 1889 to 1891.
