CL-HB.61 (obverse); CL-HB.63 (reverse); KM-Y-21.5. Coin appears to be a mixing of normal die pairs, the dragon side exhibiting six crude waves below dragon and with no dot between "KUO" and "COPPER". A decently struck piece with medium chocolate brown patina.
