Hartill-22.913. Weight: 45.5 gms. Small bao variety. Obverse: "Xian Feng yuan bao"; Reverse: "Dang bai" (Value One Hundred). A fairly well made piece with moderate wear on the high points displaying a smooth texture while the open areas retain their natural roughness from the casting process, though somewhat worn. Minor earthen deposits and other debris amongst the devices noted for accuracy. Rich patina engulfs the surfaces with areas of brassy tone throughout. A wholesome example that saw much circulation with a nice look.
