BMC-not listed. Weight: 1861.6 gms. "Wu Xian" (Wu county); "Lian Sheng"; "Xian Feng" (Xianfeng); "Nian Yue" (Year, month). A neat and interesting ingot from a RARE location. The stamps and unevenly applied obscuring large portions of the characters, but with enough visible to determine what's written. Several small unobtrusive chopmarks are noted on the face as well as a strange inscription, possibly of east/south-east Asian origin. An attractive survivor with lovely rich patina, clearly an example that sat for prolonged undisturbed.
