KM-976; NPB-28a. Mintage: 500. A minimally handled example of this low-mintage date with a faint trace of purple tone along portions of the edges and a small haze spot in the obverse fields. Also interesting are the rims, which suggest partial striking out of collar, the result being several instances where the abrasions that originally existed in the planchet are not fully struck out.
