KM-3; Lec-190. Mintage: 100. A RARE Proof only issue produced during the Exposition Universalle of 1889 (Paris World's Fair). An attractive and well preserved example displaying heather grey atop of the devices and the open fields of the obverse with slate grey patina in the peripherals and the protected areas with subdued flash. The reverse displays mottled light grey to slate patina through with plenty of flash amongst the devices. Overall an attractive survivor sure to please.
