VALERIAN I, Samosata. Antoninianus (253-260 AD). Billon Obv: IMP C P LIC VALERIANVS AVG Radiate, draped and cuirassed bust of Valerian I to right. Rev. PIETAS AVGG Valerian, on the left, holding eagle-tipped scepter in his left hand, and Gallienus, on the right, holding short scepter in his left hand, standing facing each other and sacrificing over altar. RIC 284 Condition: Good very fine.
Weight: 4.15 g.
Diameter: 19.60 mm.
