St. George and the Dragon right, date in exergue, B.P. to upper right of exergue for designer Benedetto Pistrucci, edge milled, 3.99g (Marsh 508; S.3974B). General circulation wear, very fine.

Calendar year mintage 3,023,993.

The Latin legend translates as “Edward the Seventh by the Grace of God, King of the Britons, Defender of the Faith.”
