MS65 | Ireland, Republic, Halfcrown, 1943, harp dividing legend and date, éire, rev. horse left, value in exergue, 14.12g (S.6633). Tied for finest graded by NGC or PCGS, fully lustrous and with light golden tone, graded by NGC as MS65, the rarest Irish Halfcrown.

The key date in the Irish Halfcrown series, with supposedly just 500 of the original 1,000 remaining.

We note currently of the 98 pieces NGC have graded that this coin is the joint finest with one other piece. PCGS have graded 66 examples but none higher than 64 level.
