PF70 UCAM | Elizabeth II (1952 -), gold proof Five Pounds, 2002, struck to commemorate The Queen Mother, crowned head right, IRB initials below for designer Ian Rank-Broadley, Latin legend and border surrounding, ELIZABETH II. D. G. REG. F. D., FIVE POUNDS, rev. three-quarter portrait of the Queen Mother within a wreath with the inscription ‘QUEEN ELIZABETH THE QUEEN MOTHER’ and the dates ‘1900’ and ‘2002’, with an edge inscription ‘STRENGTH, DIGNITY AND LAUGHTER’ designed by Avril Vaughn, 39.94g (S.L11). As struck, accompanied by original Royal Mint green velvet box with certificate of authenticity, graded by NGC as PF70 Ultra Cameo.
