The first graded by PCGS as Very Fine 20 (Edge splits), the second as Fine 15 (Small edge and internal splits), the last as Fine 12 (Pinholes), a rare group. (3)

These notes were issued by Col. Robert Baden-Powell during the Boer siege. The 2 Shillings note is printed on notepad paper and often shows visible lines, whilst the 10 Shilling notes were designed by Baden-Powell himself and are printed using wood blocks carved from split halves of croquet mallets.
