Description
Persian Occupation of Syria, 610-630. Heraclius with Constantine type. Follis (bronze, 16.72 g, 33 mm), uncertain mint in Syria. Heraclius with Constantine standing, facing, holding globus cruciger in right hands; blundered legend around. Rev. Large M, ANN to left, cross above, B below, I/II to right; CHCNO (or similar) in exergue. Very fine. Rare.
