Description
Arab-Byzantine. Umayyad Caliphate, circa 685-705 AD. Fals (bronze, 3.98 g, 17 mm), Baalbek (Heliopolis). Imperial standing figure, holding cruciform sceptre. Rev. Large M, cross above, crescent below, legend to left and right. Repatinated, nearly very fine.
