SYRIA, Seleucis and Pieria. Gabala. Commodus, 177-192. Ae (bronze, 6.14 g, 23 mm). Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Commodus left. Rev. ΓΛC / ΓΑΒΑΛЄωΝ [..] On the left, owl standing right on globe, head facing; on the right, sphinx seated left on base. BMC 8; RPC IV.3 5788. Fine. Rare.
