SYRIA, Seleucis and Pieria. Antioch. Gordian III, 238-244. Tetradrachm (billon, 11.99 g, 27 mm). Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right. Rev. Eagle standing facing, head left, with wings displayed, holding wreath in beak; S C below. Very fine.
