SELEUKID KINGS of SYRIA. Alexander I Balas, 152-145 BC. Ae (bronze, 3.14 g, 13 mm), Antioch. Head of young Dionysus right, wreathed with ivy. Rev. BAΣΙΛΕΩΣ AΛEΞANΔPOY Elephant standing left, monogram to right. HGC 9, 919; SC 1791. Nearly very fine.
