Justin II. 565-578. 2½ Nummi (bronze, 0.67 g, 9 mm), Rome. Helmeted and cuirassed bust facing, holding globus cruciger and shield. Rev. Large NƆ with a central pellet within wreath. DOC –; MIBE 2122; SB 283c corr. (Justinian I; Carthage mint; Æ nummus). Very fine. Very rare.
