PALMYRENE. Palmyra. Pseudo-autonomous issue, circa 1st-3rd centuries AD. Ae (bronze, 1.84 g, 12 mm). Draped bust of Atargatis right; crecsent behind, star before. Rev. Radiate and draped bust of uncertain solar deity left. Kryzyzanowska type XII. Nearly very fine. Very rare.
