PTOLEMAIC KINGS OF EGYPT. Berenike II, circa 244/3-221 BC. Tritartemorion (bronze, 7.38 g, 20 mm), uncertain mint on the Levantine Coast. BEPENIKHΣ [BAΣIΛIΣΣHΣ] Diademed and draped bust of Berenike II to right. Rev. ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΠΤΟΛΕΜΑΙΟΥ Eagle with closed wings standing left on thunderbolt. SNG Copenhagen 460. Svoronos 1055. Very fine.
