Description
Aelia Eudoxia, 400-404. Follis (bronze, 2.70 g, 15 mm). Antioch, struck 401-403. AEL EVDOXIA AVG diademed and draped bust right, being crowned manus Dei above. Rev. SALVS REIPVBLICAE Victory seated right on cuirass, supporting on a low column a shield inscribed with christogram; ANT(?) in exergue. RIC 104 (Arcadius). Fine.
