Medal wybity w Gdańsku w 1730 roku, z okazji 200-lecia ogłoszenia Wyznania Augsburskiego. Sygnowany na awersie DS Daniel Sievert i PW Peter Paul Werner. Odmiana z poprawną datą śmierci Jana Husa oraz nieznacznie zmienionym umiejscowieniem napisów otokowych w stosunku do większej wersji tegoż medalu. Oprócz emisji srebrnej występują również emisje w złocie i cynie.
