IMP TRAIANO AVG GER DAC P M TR P COS V P P, laureate 'heroic' bust left, chest bare, slight drapery over left shoulder; small globe below / SPQR OPTIMO PRINCIPI, Pax, draped and seated to left on throne, holding olive branch in extended right hand and transverse sceptre in left; before, Dacian kneeling in position of supplication to right, extending both hands upward toward Pax. RIC 190 var. (bust type, no globe); MIR 14, 220qq-1 = G. Gnecchi, “I. Monete imperiali inedite nella collezione Gnecchi a Milano,” RIN I (1888), 4 and pl. 4, 5; BMCRE 216 note; BN 400; RSC 418b var.
