Jugate heads of Honos, laureate, and Virtus, wearing crested helmet, to right; KALE[NI] below, HO behind, V[IRT] (ligate) before / Italia standing to right, holding cornucopiae, and Roma standing to left, foot on globe and holding sceptre, clasping hands; winged caduceus and ITAL monogram behind Italia, RO behind Roma, CORDI in exergue.
