Persia, Achaemenid Empire AV Daric. Time of Artaxerxes II to Artaxerxes III. Sardes, circa 375-340 BC. Persian king or hero, in kneeling-running stance to right, holding dagger behind waist and strung bow / Rectangular incuse punch. Carradice Type IV (late), Group C; Meadows, Administration 325; BMC Arabia 170-171; Sunrise 32; GPRC Lydia G70. 8.34g, 15mm.

Good Very Fine. Extremely Rare - only one other example on CoinArchives.
