Paphlagonia, Sinope AV Stater. In the name and types of Alexander III of Macedon. Circa 230-200 BC. Head of Athena to right, wearing crested Corinthian helmet ornamented with serpent / Nike standing to left, holding wreath and stylis; ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ to right, kantharos over monogram to left. Price 1218; HGC 7, 383. 8.49g, 19mm, 12h.

NGC graded AU★ 5/5 - 4/5, flan flaw (#6158068-002). Struck from dies of beautiful style. Extremely Rare.
