Thirteen stars around head of Liberty to left wearing diadem inscribed LIBERTY, small date below / UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, heraldic eagle facing, head left, below radiate circle of thirteen stars, holding ornate banner inscribed E PLURIBUS UNUM in beak, olive branch and arrows in talons; denomination below.
