Charles VI le Bien-Aimé/le Fol (the Well-Beloved/the Mad, 1380-1422) AV Agnel d'or. Angers mint, 2nd emission, struck from 21 October 1417. ✠ AGꞂ' : DЄI : QVI TOL'L : PЄCAT : MVDI : MIS'Є : NOBIS, nimbate Agnus Dei standing to left, head upturned to right, wearing long cross fleurée with pennant flying in background; k◦F RX below; pellet beneath 7th letter / ✠ XPC * VINCIT * XPC' * RЄGNAT * XPC * IMPЄRAT, cross fleurée with star in angled quadrilobe at centre and lis in each quarter; all within double linear angled quadrilobe; lis in each spandrel pellet beneath 7th letter.
