Moesia, Istros AV Stater. In the name and types of Alexander III of Macedon. Circa 250-225 BC. Head of Athena right, wearing crested Corinthian helmet decorated with serpent / Nike standing to left, holding wreath and stylis; ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ to right, IΣ monogram in lower left field, monogram to right. SNG Stancomb 186 (this coin, ex Anadol Hoard?); Price 965; HGC 3.2, 1797. 8.48g, 18mm, 12h.

Good Very Fine; lustrous. Very Rare.
