KINGS of BAKTRIA. Apollodotos I. Circa 180-160 BC. AR (Square) Drachm (2.48 gm; 16 mm). ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΑΠΟΛΛΟΔΟΤΟΥ ΣΩΘΗΡΟΣ, Elephant standing right; monogram below / Zebu bull standing right, monogram below. Bopearachchi Serie 4F; SNG ANS 328ff. Well struck on a nice flan. Minor hairline crack(hardly visible, only on the obverse). Sharply struck. Choice Good EF. Lightly toned.
